I was super excited to try out this scale. It actually tracks body fat, muscle mass, water weight, and bone mass. It breaks down your weight completely. Its really awesome to be able to see how your weight is distributed through the actual poundage you weigh.
I am on my weight loss journey. Slowly but I am getting there. Last year I lost 50 pounds this year so far its just right under 10 pounds. I was excited to get this product to help me keep track of my weight loss progress. Not only does it track on your scale but it has smartphone tracking capabilities. Their is an app you download and then each time you weigh your self a bar code comes up and you scan that bar code. It then downloads and tracks your progress on your app.
It is am awesome way to track your progress so its right in front of you on your phone. I also like that you can have multiple users on the scale as well. So when someone steps on the scale it will recognize who it is with in 10 pounds. So there is no messing up who its tracking. It only becomes confused and asks you to verify users if there is someone similar in weight as you steps on the scale. Your weight information is private at all times.
