This was my first time using a Silicone Baking Mat. I have heard about them and seen them in the stores. But just never bothered with them. I had no clue what I was missing. I really enjoyed using this mat to bake on. Not only did my cookies NOT stick to the mat and slid right off, they seemed to cook evenly and did not burn or over brown on the edges.
This product is now a must have when it comes to baking in our house. We bake a lot for homeschooling. Holding cooking class once a week with our two kids. We will be putting this to good use for years to come.
