I suffer from server back pain for many reason. One of them is from bulging disks and when I go to the Chiropractor I am always put on a traction machine. I was asked to give this product a try and see how it works for me and my back pain.
My daughter is seen here modeling the product and how its used. First off you want to wet the inside of the VacuPractor because you are going to create a suction. Lay on the VacuPractor getting into position. There will be some trapped air in there. Once your in position bring your knees and head into your chest. This expresses all the air out from under your back. Lay back down feet to the floor with knees up. And then lower your legs down strait out and arms above your head or to the side. This suctions your back into the VacuPractor.
This suction pulls out the spine curve rather than pulling lengthwise. This has been proved to be the most effective use of pressures. According to the website the VacuPractor is the only device that pulls straight out on the over-curvature in the lower spine. These pressures working together stretch tired strained muscles allowing the back to relax thus relieving pressure on the disks and nerves.

I have used this product from day one when it came to me. Sometimes I get these horrible pinched nerves in my back that causes extreme pain. And I can't get into my Chiropractor right away. This relieves the pain for me for the most part for a long while. And over time I have noticed less and less plain. I am curious to see how much it helps my back over time. I notice also that I am taking less and less pain pills for my back pain.
Also I am a bigger girl. I was really worried this product would not work for me. I thought for sure I would not fit on it and it would not work. This was not the case. DeleteI am going to share this with my mom. She has terrible back issues. She had surgery the year before last and gets regular cortisone shots to help. She will soon be having surgery again. Maybe something like this would help her.
