   This is the second Fractionated Coconut Carrier oil I have tried. Coconut oil has so many amazing uses. I use coconut oil for many reasons, Skin care, hair care, oral care and cooking. So I was excited to use a coconut carrier oil for my essential oils. Coconut oil happens to be a great carrier oil for essential oils. And my preferred carrier oil to use. My main use so far has been using it
with my Peppermint oil to help with my migraines and headaches. I mix the coconut oil with my peppermint oil and I rub it into my forehead and temples to help get some relief.
